How To Buy One of Our Domain Names
Buying a premium domain is not always as straightforward as a typical online purchase, but the process is simple. Transactions can often be completed within 24–48 hours, although some payment methods and third-party steps can take longer. We also provide free support during the domain transfer process.
Secure Your Domain
Find your perfect domain(s), add it to your basket, and complete the checkout details.
When purchasing a domain, you have two options:
Buy Now (pay in full): place your order and complete payment. We will then initiate the transfer of the domain to you.
Lease-to-Own (pay monthly): you can secure the domain with an initial payment and then pay the balance by monthly instalments over the agreed term. The domain is reserved to you while payments remain up to date, and ownership transfers to you after the final instalment clears. If you need to start using the domain during the payment period (website, redirects, email), we accommodate this by setting the name servers or DNS for you.
After you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not, please get in touch as we may not have received your order. If you have not had a response from us within 48 hours, please contact us and make us aware. We aim to respond to all purchase requests within 248 hours.
Once your order is in progress, the domain will be removed from our listings. Domain transfer is free of charge.
Payment Methods
Credit Card
Straightforward, with minimal delays (often instant). Once we receive the payment, we will initiate the transfer.
Escrow Services
The most secure method of payment for both buyer and seller, using an independent intermediary to handle the transaction and changeover of ownership. The process is more involved and can take longer to complete. The buyer is required to create an account at Escrow.com and complete the required actions requested via Escrow.com emails.
Finalize The Deal
Once the domain is under your control, set the contact email address associated with it, as this is used for renewal reminder emails. Avoid using personal addresses belonging to employees, as these can change over time. Use an address you know will be permanent to reduce the risk of missed renewal notices. These changes are made via the control panel of your chosen registrar.
